MER rotary kiln of oxidized pellet production line, which is developed independently, adopts 'traveling grate- rotary kiln-circular cooler' advanced technology. The hot exhaust and the process water both are recycled, the secondary energy is made most use of. The hot exhaust is recycled to dry, preheat and firing the green pellets. The heat is used efficiently. This production line takes advantages of energy saving, water saving, clean environment, and broad fuel adaptability. The productions are of high quality, and are high-quality raw material for blast furnace. As its economic and environmental benefit, the company has designed and installed many oxidized pellet production line for big iron and steel corporations at home and abroad.
