MER currently is the China Top professional company majoring in design, equipment manufacturing, installation, production, training, and commission in China.At present, MER has reached cooperation with internationally renowned traveling grate pelletizing plant technology companies and will jointly promote traveling grate pelletizing plant technology.Our process produces uniform pellets and ensures high performance and quality, with low investment and operating costs, as well as decreased energy consumption and emissions.Benefits

1.2–7 million t/a, in single unit
CONSUMPTION FIGURES PER TON OF PRODUCED PELLETS:
Thermal energy: between 350 MJ for magnetite and 1,500 MJ for limonite
Electrical energy: 25–35 KWh
Process water: 0.05 m³
TRAVELING GRATE PROCESS CAN BE OPERATED WITH A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT FUELS:
Heavy fuel oil (HFO)
Natural gas (also in Low-NOx configuration)
Mixed off-gases from steel plant facilities
Coal and gas mixed with fuel oil
Coal tar
