The mechanized lime vertical kiln is based on the limestone kiln, through technical improvement, perfect process matching, automatic operation and improvement of single kiln output. The new mechanized vertical kiln has the following technical features:
Kiln compounding system
The core of the mechanized lime vertical kiln compounding system technology is the precise metering of raw materials and fuels and the uniform mixing of raw materials and fuels. The main point is to accurately weigh the weight of the raw fuel before entering the kiln, and at the same time use the computer control to achieve the original and the fuel to complete the uniform mixing in the batching process.
