MER has rich design and construction skills and experience on hot metal desulfurization and increasing silicon, to provide complete solutions and design, general contracting, equipment supply and other services to meet the customers individual requirements.

To meet the demand of the highly standard of steel (casting iron), and reduce the cost of production, MER works for the technology development and equipment manufacturing of the desulfurization, making the further research on the hot metal injection method desulfurization process.

There are two kinds of the process: single injection and complex injection, our product has the advantage of high desulfurization efficiency, low cost, simply operation. The characteristics are as bellows:

1)High desulfurization efficiency, reduce the w(s) to 0.006% below, even can reach 0.002%.

2)High desulfurization capability, it can suit to the sulfur in the hot metal, even the primary sulfur content is 0.01~0.1%, and we can meet the good result.

3)Lowest Mg consumption, reducing from 0.025~0.06% to 0.01% below, Mg kg/ Fe ton is 0.3~0.6 kg, low desulfurization cost.

4)The injection accuracy has the special control technology, which can guarantee the injection accuracy tolerance ≤0.5%. If beyond this value, it will increase the consumption, also affect the desulfurization efficiency, and even cause the accident such as splashing or lancer jam. The magnesium injection is 1~20kg/min, adjustable.
