Jaw Crusher is used for coarse, medium and fine crushing of various ores. It can be made into small mobile crushing plant, driven by motor or diesel engine, and can be equipped with feeder, conveyor, vibrating screen and other complete sets of equipment. The crusher is widely used in crushing limestone, granite, marble, river pebbles, or primary crushing of gold ore, iron ore, copper ore, coal gangue in mineral processing plant, or crushing of concrete, brick, cement recycling plant in construction waste.
Working Principle
The motor drives the belt and pulley, and the eccentric shaft makes the movable jaw move up and down, when the movable jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, which pushes the movable jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate, and at the same time, the material is crushed or split, so as to achieve the purpose of crushing; when the movable jaw is going down, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the movable jaw plate, under the action of the tie rod and the spring, leaves the fixed jaw plate, and the crushed material is discharged from the bottom of crushing chamber at this time. The crushed material will be discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the crushing motor jaws make cyclic movement to crush and discharge the materials to achieve mass production.
